Highstead Membership

Get Involved > Become a Member

Highstead members are welcome to walk on our extensive trail system (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 4 pm), are invited to all Highstead events, and will receive our semi-annual newsletter. Membership contributions will be used to maintain this special place: the trails, native plant collections, ecological research sites, and more. Donations will also be used to support Highstead’s work across the region to conserve the forested landscapes that sustain us all.

We thank you for your support and ask that you please complete the Membership Form, and mail it to Highstead at P.O. Box 1097, Redding, CT 06875. You are also welcome to stop by during business hours to join or to renew your annual membership.

Highstead works with land trusts and regional conservation partnerships both locally in Fairfield County and across all six New England states to find the funds to help conserve lands through acquisition or conservation easement. We welcome special donations for this purpose. Please call Emily Bateson, Highstead Conservation Director, for how to partner with Highstead through making an enduring donation to conserve land for current and future generations: 203-938-8809.
