As Landscape and Collections Manager, Kathleen is responsible for developing and curating Highstead's plant collections and naturalistic landscapes, overseeing the native tree and shrub walk and other self-guided trails, and leading informal educational programs. She has a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England; Bachelor of Science degrees in Landscape Design and Horticulture from UConn-Storrs, and Forestry from Unity College in Maine. She also holds an Associate's in Park Management and Design from Northwestern CT Community College.
